Banquet facilities, owned and operated by Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, will accommodate receptions, banquets, conferences, or meetings. Whether you are serving 50 or 262 people, or any size gathering in between, consider the Father van den Boogaard Hall for your event. Elegance and charm are the ambience of our totally renovated banquet room.
Located in the historic town of West Point, Virginia, the facility offers ample parking and truly elegant banquet space at a minimal price.
The Father van den Boogaard Hall is located approximately:

Rental space includes:
- A foyer (800 sq. ft.)
- Banquet Room (4200 sq. ft.)
- Newly renovated, caterer-friendly commercial kitchen (400 sq. ft.)
- Two totally renovated restrooms
- Banquet room accommodates 262 comfortably
- Tables (25 round – 30 rectangle) and chairs (275)
- Other accommodations
- List of recommended, local caterers (or you may provide your own)

Fee Schedule – Full use of hall
A deposit fee of $200.00 is required to hold the date requested, (the deposit is “in addition” to the lease payment) The $200.00 or applicable deposit fee will be refunded and mailed 14 to 17 days from the date of the event.
The deposit fee will be forfeited if you book an event six (6) to twelve (12) months in advance and then cancel the event (unless approved by Hall Manager)
The deposit fee will be forfeited if you book an event up to five (5) months in advance and then cancel less than four (4) weeks before the event.
A Rental Fee of $700.00 is due and payable at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
THE PREMISES MUST BE LEFT IN PRE-RENTAL CONDITION BY 8:00 A.M. THE MORNING FOLLOWING THE EVENT. THIS INCLUDES REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS, DECORATIONS, ETC. NOT PREVIOUSLY IN THE BUILDING.
25 – Round Tables (5’ diameter) are provided with rental fee.
30 – 8’ Rectangular Tables are provided with rental fee.
300 Chairs are provided with rental fee.
ACTIVE parishioners (Registered at the Parish with a recent history of Parish support) of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church will be charged $400.00 for rentals.
Local civic and/or non-profit service organizations (i.e., Churches, Charities, including Schools) will be required to pay $400.00 for rentals.
Corporations/businesses will be required to pay the regular rates.
FEES FOR LIMITED USE
$200.00 Rental Fee for use of Kitchen only.
$200.00 Rental Fee for use of Foyer only.*
$350.00 Rental Fee for combined use of Kitchen and Foyer.
$100.00 Deposit for use of one of the above rooms.
$175.00 Deposit for use of both of the above rooms.
These fees have been instituted for the convenience of Renters who would like to use the premises for small gatherings (up to 50 persons can be comfortably seated in the Foyer). Such small gatherings can include bridal/baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, etc.
*The rental for the Foyer includes limited use of the Kitchen as a staging area for prepared food brought in and kept cold in the refrigerator.
The Kitchen rental is for food that is actually cooked in the kitchen, use of other appliances, and washing up of dishes and utensils.
