Question of the Week – November 8

How we live our daily lives matters; it is not just about getting up every morning and doing our best to get through the day. What small but important things do we do each day that brings joy and hope to others and not just ourselves? The challenge and invitation of waiting and being prepared is that we are trying our best to live our daily life as followers of Jesus. This will be seen in how we speak, act and treat others. Waiting then, is not about some vague and unknown future. Being a Christian and waiting for Jesus is about how we live daily lives, right here and right now.

Adults: How are you preparing to be ready for that moment that no one escapes, the moment when you come to the end of your life as you know it now?

Children: If Jesus came to your house today, what would you do to get ready for Him?
