“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” (Mt. 3:16)
The greatest gift given to the world, a Gift that can’t be purchased; the Son of God, the Life of Jesus. The call is for us to believe… This belief is not just with our thoughts, it is with our heart, with actions and words of love, but always with Truth. This belief we have, should be a response to the gift given to us. It can transform us from the inside out, into the very gift itself, the image of Jesus. This Divine gift from God was given to us by a humble response, from Our Blessed Mother. “Behold the handmaid of the Lord; let it be done to me, according to your word.” Humble, humility in the Greatness of our God!! A fullness of trust in God’s plan for humanity! With this powerful response to God, Jesus was given to us! Let’s answer the call of “belief” this Christmas, allowing ourselves to be transformed into this very gift to share with the world!
